The Reform and Opening-up policy in China started the process of Enterpreneurs＇ Professionalism, but the progress is pretty slow. This article analysis the function of Institutional Supply Theory through the review on the history of Enterpreneurs＇ Professionalism in western countries and elaborate how to improve the process of Enterpreneurs＇ Professionalism in China through some extra specific supply system.
