工业系统的物流活动对自然环境的扰动强度越来越大,已产生严重的生态环境问题,并威胁到人类的生存与发展,实施绿色物流管理势在必行。本文在探讨国内外绿色物流及生态工业园模式缺陷与不足的基础上,构建了一个适合我国工业企业的复合实体绿色物流一体化管理模型。该模型能有效克服绿色物流及生态工业园模式的缺陷与不足,改善企业物流活动对环境的负面影响,节约资源。为了说明绿色物流一体化管理能带来一定的经济效益,文章根据企业物流的环境约束,在物料平衡保障的条件下,构建了经济效益增长模型。该模型能有效测量出企业在实施绿色物流一体化管理后的经济效益情况,由此为企业的可持续发展提供了可靠的理论依据。

The logistics activities of industrial system have influenced the natural environment more and more seriously and also make the eco-environmental problems occur, which threaten humanity's survival and its development. Thus, to fulfill the green logistics management is imperative. This paper firstly, reviews defects and disadvantages of the green logistics and ecoindustrial Park home and abroad, on this base, it constructs a complex entity integrated model of green logistics for our Chinese industrial enterprises. This model not only can overcome the defects and its disadvantages of green logistics and the mode of eco-industrial park effectively, but also can improve the anti-influences of the logistics activities to the environment and also save the resources; in order to illustrate whether it can bring a certain economic benefits, this paper secondly, constructs an increasing economic profits model for the industrial enterprises under the constraints of environment and the balance of materials. This model not only can measure the economic benefits effectively after the integrated management of green logistics, but also can provide a reliable theoretical basis.
