商业银行完成股改上市只是其机制变革过程中的关键一步。但是内部运行结构并未得到真正的变革、经营理念更新还不到位，深化改革是大势所趋。要加快商业银行内部运行机制的改革，加大金融监管力度，扩大监管范围；要加快以薪酬为主体的分配制度改革，把握机遇，将改革推进到更深层次。
