政府、高校和市场（社会）是高等教育评估的三个主体。在不同的高等教育管理体制下，这三个主体发挥作用的方式和程度的不同构成了不同的高等教育评估模式。运用博弈理论，分别从完全信息博弈、不完全信息博弈与合作博弈的视角，分析了国家控制型、市场导向型及合作型高等教育评估模式的具体实践特征。在反思我国现行高等教育评估模式及其实践困境的基础上，提出了建构我国高等教育评估模式与完善评估制度的相关策略。

Government, colleges and universities and the market（society） are the three subjects of higher education evaluation. Their ways of functioning and extent of effect under different higher education management resulted in diverse patterns in higher education evaluation. Based on game theory, this paper analyzes the practical features of the national-control, market oriented and cooperated higher education patterns through the perspective of complete information game, incomplete information game and cooperated game. Then,based on the reflection of the predicament now existed in Chna, this paper puts forward relevant strategies for the construction of higher education evaluation pattern and the consummating of the evaluation svstem.
