Using the research methods of literature, questionnaire and interviews to experts, mathematical statistics etc. and drawing on the theory of developing offered-by-university curriculums, it did research on the development of offered-by-university physical education curriculums. The main contents of the research included the theoretical basis, the present situation, the form and the procedure of developing offered-by-university physical education curriculums and the resources construction of offered-by-university physical education curriculums. It proposed establishing a support system for the development of offered-by-university physical education curriculums under the guidance of government; and that teachers should do research on actions, so as to make themselves become researchers.
