本文对曾国藩治《易》活动进行系统考察，属于曾国藩易学思想研究的奠基工作。首先扩大了文献材料的选择范围，将这些材料分类处理、概括，按曾国藩生平活动的时间顺序编制成“曾国藩治《易》活动年表”。在此基础上，以曾国藩七次大规模或系统的读易活动为主线，系联曾氏相关学术活动或事件，将曾国藩治《易》活动归纳为五大阶段，并归纳概括出这五大阶段曾国藩治易的特点。通过对曾国藩治易活动的系统考察，认为易象问题是曾国藩易学思想的特质，它不同于一般易学的象数问题，而是曾国藩一生追求义理、文境、道义之间相融相生的栖息地。这是今后曾国藩易学思想研究的核心问题。

The paper systematically examines ZENG Guo-fan＇s studying of the Zhouyi,which is a basic work concerning the study on ZENG＇s thought of the Yi learning. First, this paper expands the issue-area of literature, classifies the data,then draws up a historical chronological table of ZENG Guo-fan＇s research on the Zhouyi in his life. Basing on this,the authors divide his activities into five stages within which there are different characteristics, with his seven large activities of reading Zhouyi, among other related academic activities, as a main line. By a systematical study of ZENG＇s research on the Zhouyi, this paper contends that the issue of image of Yi is the trait of ZENG＇s thought, which is different from that of the common image-number theory, but the theoretical soil for the fusion of the philosophical connotations, realm of thought, and morality ＆ justice, which were always pursued by ZENG Guo-fan in his life. This is a crucial issue for research on ZENG＇s Yi studyies in future.
