纸张定位系统是单张纸印刷机最为关键的系统。为了满足高速下纸张有充足的定位时间从而达到套印精度,从合理、充分利用纸张进入压印滚筒之前的时间角度出发,探讨了几种定位系统设计方案的实现方法,并对其进行了分析评价和综合分析。结果表明:既满足定位精度,又满足速度要求的新型定位系统设计方案,适应印刷机高速、高精度的发展需求。
紙張定位繫統是單張紙印刷機最為關鍵的繫統。為瞭滿足高速下紙張有充足的定位時間從而達到套印精度,從閤理、充分利用紙張進入壓印滾筒之前的時間角度齣髮,探討瞭幾種定位繫統設計方案的實現方法,併對其進行瞭分析評價和綜閤分析。結果錶明:既滿足定位精度,又滿足速度要求的新型定位繫統設計方案,適應印刷機高速、高精度的髮展需求。
지장정위계통시단장지인쇄궤최위관건적계통。위료만족고속하지장유충족적정위시간종이체도투인정도,종합리、충분이용지장진입압인곤통지전적시간각도출발,탐토료궤충정위계통설계방안적실현방법,병대기진행료분석평개화종합분석。결과표명:기만족정위정도,우만족속도요구적신형정위계통설계방안,괄응인쇄궤고속、고정도적발전수구。
The positioning system is very important in the printing press. In order to meet the requirements of the sheet of paper with enough positioning time and thus precision of overprint will be realized. Considering from making sufficient and reasonable use of the time before the sheet into the impression cylinder, the methods for realizing the positioning schemes are comprehensive analyzed. The results show that the new positioning system which can satisfy the demand of positioning precision and are useful to improve the speed of this positioning system is suitable for the printing press with high speed and high precision.
