针对一直以来传统武术和竞技武术的争论以及武术管理各方在武术未能入奥后关注重心的转移问题，通过文献资料、逻辑分析等方法，讨论了竞技武术到底是误入“歧路”还是武术发展的“正途”。提出：现代竞技武术虽然存在“继承传统不够”等种种问题，但它并无“原罪”。虽然竞技武术尚未能成为奥运正式比赛项目，它依然是武术改革发展的重要方向之一，不能当成“歧路之羊”，除之后快。如果过去武术发展曾有“过于西化”、“舍己从人的亲和西方”和“去传统化”的倾向和实质，现在则是到了警惕对传统和民族性的“盲目自大”和“去竞技化”倾向的时候了。

Through using the methods of literature and logical analysis, based on the controversial issues between traditional wushu and competitive wushu, also on the transformation of people＇s attention focus and wushu＇s development, the dispute about competitive wushu walking on the branch road or on the right way is analyzed. This paper points out that the modem corn petitive wushu does not have the original sin, though it exist all sorts of questions such as no enough to inherit tradition. As one of the important directions of wushu＇s reform and development, the modern competitive wushu can not be ignored as the lost sheep. If wushu＇s development once had these inclines and essence of overly oeeidentalize, giving up one＇s own opinion and accepting the widely-accepted one to relate occident and losing wushu＇s traditional character, now it is the time to avoid the inclines of blindness and arrogance to tradition and national characteristic and losing wushu＇s competitive character.
