通过问卷调查法等方法，分析四川省残疾人游泳水平近年来下滑的主要原因：运动员选材缺乏前瞻性和广泛性；训练方法和手段缺乏系统性和针对性；缺乏残疾人游泳训练的专业教练员；后备力量匮乏等因素。建议：扩大选材范围，重点选拔S5级以上的重残运动员；保证系统化训练；加强教练员理论与实践能力的学习，重视科研能力的提高；省残联与成都体育学院合作等，以提高四川省残疾人游泳水平。

Interview, questionnaire, statistics, literature review and comparative analysis are employed in this article to analyze major causes of the decline in the swimming level of the disabled in Sichuan province. They include lack of foresight and transparency in athlete selection, lack of systematic and effective training methods and devices, lack of professional coaches in swimming training for the disabled and shortage of reserve talents. It is proposed that more poten- tial players should be included in the selection, especially disabled athletes of above S5 level, systematic training should be guaranteed, and the theoretic and practical knowledge level as welt as the scientific research ability of coaches should be enhanced. It is also suggested that the Provincial Association for the Disabled should cooperate with Chengdu Sport University to heighten the swimming level of the disabled in Sichuan province.
