20世纪90年代以来，我国城市新区发展突飞猛进，特别是浦东新区的成功更催化着这股热潮。纵观全国新区建设起点与规划，现代城市发展新理念发挥着重要作用，特别是生态文明、文化软实力、服务型政府等理念令人瞩目。以全国100多个城市新区的资料文献、统计数据、政府报告等为基础，发现城市发展新理念深刻影响着城市新区发展，城市新区就是我国城市发展新理念在城市中的实践。
20世紀90年代以來，我國城市新區髮展突飛猛進，特彆是浦東新區的成功更催化著這股熱潮。縱觀全國新區建設起點與規劃，現代城市髮展新理唸髮揮著重要作用，特彆是生態文明、文化軟實力、服務型政府等理唸令人矚目。以全國100多箇城市新區的資料文獻、統計數據、政府報告等為基礎，髮現城市髮展新理唸深刻影響著城市新區髮展，城市新區就是我國城市髮展新理唸在城市中的實踐。
20세기90년대이래，아국성시신구발전돌비맹진，특별시포동신구적성공경최화착저고열조。종관전국신구건설기점여규화，현대성시발전신이념발휘착중요작용，특별시생태문명、문화연실력、복무형정부등이념령인촉목。이전국100다개성시신구적자료문헌、통계수거、정부보고등위기출，발현성시발전신이념심각영향착성시신구발전，성시신구취시아국성시발전신이념재성시중적실천。
Since the 1990s, the rapid development of new areas in Chinese cities has advanced, especially the success of the Pudong new area cause the construction of new area to the round of round upsurge . Looking at the practice of new areas , new development concept play an important role especially in ecological construction , culture development, modern service and system innovation . This research based on the documents, statistics and government reports of more than 100 new areas ,and found that the new concepts of cities have profound influence on the development of new areas. The new areas in cities are the practice of the new city concepts.
