通过对老年大学学员休闲生活采用小样本量的问卷调查，追踪分析了老年大学学员主要的休闲方式、休闲伙伴及休闲活动的范围，并以此为案例说明老年大学在帮助学员发展兴趣爱好，扩大学员休闲选择范围，掌握更多的休闲技能，参与社会交往，提高学员休闲生活质量等方面所起到的积极作用。在此基础上，提出以老年大学为主构建老年休闲教育体系的建议。

Through the investigation of the primary ways of entertainment of members of elderly universities, this thesis analyzes the main ways of leisure, their leisure associates, leisure lives of members of elderly universities, it finds out elderly universities help members to develop their own interests and hobbies, enlarge their scope of choice of leisure, and teach them more leisure skills and promote them to take part in social communication, which play active role in the improvement of members＇ leisure lives. On basis of this, this thesis proposes a suggestion to establish the education system of the elderly leisure lives, with elderly universities as main forces.
