采用自编“教师职业态度调查问卷”对陕西省高等师范院校500名学生进行测查.发现师范大学生教师职业态度的总体趋势是好的,但同时存在“高情感-高认知-低意志”的不和谐状况.大部分师范生把自身个性是否符合当教师、家人是否支持以及能否从教学活动中获得较高自我实现感排在影响从业意志相关因素首位.
採用自編“教師職業態度調查問捲”對陝西省高等師範院校500名學生進行測查.髮現師範大學生教師職業態度的總體趨勢是好的,但同時存在“高情感-高認知-低意誌”的不和諧狀況.大部分師範生把自身箇性是否符閤噹教師、傢人是否支持以及能否從教學活動中穫得較高自我實現感排在影響從業意誌相關因素首位.

A questionnaire is conducted among 500 students from Shannxi normal universities to collect information about their attitude to the profession of teacher. The results show that the tendency of normal universiy students' attitude to the profession of teacher is satisfactory, but there are still many problems the incoordinate conditions of high cognition-high affection-low will. For most of the students, whether their character matches the profession of teacher,whether their parents support them and whether they can attain a high sense of accomplishment from the career are given the top priority in the factors for affecting their expectancy for the profession of teacher.
