目的:观察邹市明备战北京奥运会期间的专项素质特征。方法:监控包括邹市明在内的48、51妇级国家男子拳击队队员6人和贵州男子拳击队运动员12人在教学、正式比赛及专项体能训练中的心率、血乳酸反应。观察备战奥运期问国家队队员血红蛋白、血清CK和睾酮值及无氧耐力水平。结果:(1)教学实战中邹市明第二、四回合及第二、三回合后休息时的心率显著高于其他国家队队员;(2)邹市明教学实战及正式比赛后的血乳酸值均显著高于其他国家队队员;(3)邹市明在30s击打沙袋、六项素质循环组合计时后的心率水平及强度手靶、六项素质循环组合计时后的血乳酸水平显著高于其他国家队队员;(4)贵州拳击队队员跳绳双摇200次、实心球对墙平推1min和阶梯式跑后即刻的心率水平显著低于邹市明,跳绳双摇200次和阶梯式跑后即刻的心率水平显著低于其他国家队队员;(5)备战奥运期间邹市明的血红蛋白和血清睾酮水平显著低于其他国家队队员;(6)邹市明的最大无氧功和平均无氧功均显著低于其他国家队队员。结论:尽管邹市明在小级别国家拳击队中的非专项耐力素质不占优势,但与其他国家队队员相比,邹市明在教学实战及正式比赛中更能发挥无氧酵解能力,也体现出其优异的专项速度、力量和耐力素质。
目的:觀察鄒市明備戰北京奧運會期間的專項素質特徵。方法:鑑控包括鄒市明在內的48、51婦級國傢男子拳擊隊隊員6人和貴州男子拳擊隊運動員12人在教學、正式比賽及專項體能訓練中的心率、血乳痠反應。觀察備戰奧運期問國傢隊隊員血紅蛋白、血清CK和睪酮值及無氧耐力水平。結果:(1)教學實戰中鄒市明第二、四迴閤及第二、三迴閤後休息時的心率顯著高于其他國傢隊隊員;(2)鄒市明教學實戰及正式比賽後的血乳痠值均顯著高于其他國傢隊隊員;(3)鄒市明在30s擊打沙袋、六項素質循環組閤計時後的心率水平及彊度手靶、六項素質循環組閤計時後的血乳痠水平顯著高于其他國傢隊隊員;(4)貴州拳擊隊隊員跳繩雙搖200次、實心毬對牆平推1min和階梯式跑後即刻的心率水平顯著低于鄒市明,跳繩雙搖200次和階梯式跑後即刻的心率水平顯著低于其他國傢隊隊員;(5)備戰奧運期間鄒市明的血紅蛋白和血清睪酮水平顯著低于其他國傢隊隊員;(6)鄒市明的最大無氧功和平均無氧功均顯著低于其他國傢隊隊員。結論:儘管鄒市明在小級彆國傢拳擊隊中的非專項耐力素質不佔優勢,但與其他國傢隊隊員相比,鄒市明在教學實戰及正式比賽中更能髮揮無氧酵解能力,也體現齣其優異的專項速度、力量和耐力素質。
목적:관찰추시명비전북경오운회기간적전항소질특정。방법:감공포괄추시명재내적48、51부급국가남자권격대대원6인화귀주남자권격대운동원12인재교학、정식비새급전항체능훈련중적심솔、혈유산반응。관찰비전오운기문국가대대원혈홍단백、혈청CK화고동치급무양내력수평。결과:(1)교학실전중추시명제이、사회합급제이、삼회합후휴식시적심솔현저고우기타국가대대원;(2)추시명교학실전급정식비새후적혈유산치균현저고우기타국가대대원;(3)추시명재30s격타사대、륙항소질순배조합계시후적심솔수평급강도수파、륙항소질순배조합계시후적혈유산수평현저고우기타국가대대원;(4)귀주권격대대원도승쌍요200차、실심구대장평추1min화계제식포후즉각적심솔수평현저저우추시명,도승쌍요200차화계제식포후즉각적심솔수평현저저우기타국가대대원;(5)비전오운기간추시명적혈홍단백화혈청고동수평현저저우기타국가대대원;(6)추시명적최대무양공화평균무양공균현저저우기타국가대대원。결론:진관추시명재소급별국가권격대중적비전항내력소질불점우세,단여기타국가대대원상비,추시명재교학실전급정식비새중경능발휘무양효해능력,야체현출기우이적전항속도、역량화내력소질。
Aim: To observe the characteristics of specific fitness of Olympic champion ZOU Shiming before Beijing Olympic Games. Methods: All of the 6 national male boxing athletes including Zou Shiming and 12 male boxing athletes from Guizhou province ranked in 48kg and 51kg were supervised to their heart rate and blood lactate level (BLA) during teaching and formal match, and specific physical ability training respectively. Results: First, heart rate of Zou Shiming during the second and forth bout, and during the second and the third rest are all significantly higher than that of other country players in the teaching match. Second, the BLA of Zou Shiming are both significantly higher than that of other country players the post-teaching and formal match. Third, the heart rate after 30s beating sandbag and 6 items of constitution circle combination training, and the BLA after intension target and 6 items of constitution circle combination training of Zou Shiming are all significant higher than that of other national players. Fourth, the heart rate level after skipping dou- ble sway 200 times, pushing solid ball to wall for 1 minute and ladder running of boxing athletes from Guizhou province are all significantly lower than those of Zou Sbiming, and also significantly lower than that of other uationl players. Fifth, the HB and serum testosterone level of Zoa Shiming during Olympic Games preparation was significantly lower than that of other country players. Last, the peak and mean power of Zou Shiming during Olympic Games preparation was significantly lower than that of other country players. Conclusion: There are no advantages of non-specific fitness of Zou Shiming among national team players. But compared with other national players, Zou Shiming has outstanding speed, strength and endurance special fitness, and is capable exert more glycolytic capacity during teaching and formal matchs.
