根据对全国及6大经济区域土地利用结构信息熵和均衡度的计算分析，近10年来，我国土地利用结构向均衡状态发展，主要原因是生态退耕和建设占用耕地导致土地利用结构转换；区域土地利用结构均衡度的时空分异特征十分突出，经济增长和制度因素是各区域土地利用结构转换的主要驱动力，而土地利用类型的分散程度造成了土地利用结构均衡度的空间差异。为抑制土地利用结构频繁转换，应调整完善生态退耕政策，严格控制耕地非农化。

The calculation and analysis of information entropy and equilibrium extent values of land use structure of the country and six large regions show that the structure of land use in this country in the past 10 years has developed in a balanced manner, as ecological policy and construction land have led to structural conversion of land use. The equilibrium extent values of land use structure of the six large regions are different, which are caused by economic growth, institutional factors and dispersion of land-use types. The paper suggests adjusting the ecological policy and strictly controlling farmland conversion so as to restrain frequent conversion of land use structure.
