The paper discusses the drive of forest products export tax rebate policy adjustment; impact of tax rebate adjustment policy on forest products and the quality of national economic growth; through the establishment and implementation of the Model 8 empirical analysis of forest products. The results show that from 1996 to 2005, forest products export tax rebate amount of average annual growth rate of 12.6 percent, trade in forest products export-led growth 3.73 percent per year; export tax rebates on exports of forest products growth rate of 24.2 percent.
