我国先秦时期诸子百家提出的一系列治国安邦之道,蕴涵着深邃的中国模式管理哲学思想。其中最具影响的儒家文化构成了中国传统管理哲学的核心,对我国历代封建王朝维护和巩固国家政权发挥了极其重要的作用。本文通过辩证地分析和反思我国先秦时期儒家的行政哲学思想,阐释了以儒家为代表的行政哲学的内涵及其对构建我国当代行政文化的借鉴意义。认为在我国当前的政治文明建设中,一方面,要采取实事求是的科学态度汲取我国传统行政哲学思想的精华,以丰富和发展当代行政哲学;另一方面,必须扬弃中国传统行政哲学中那些不合时宜的成分,即批判地继承我国传统的管理哲学理论。
我國先秦時期諸子百傢提齣的一繫列治國安邦之道,蘊涵著深邃的中國模式管理哲學思想。其中最具影響的儒傢文化構成瞭中國傳統管理哲學的覈心,對我國歷代封建王朝維護和鞏固國傢政權髮揮瞭極其重要的作用。本文通過辯證地分析和反思我國先秦時期儒傢的行政哲學思想,闡釋瞭以儒傢為代錶的行政哲學的內涵及其對構建我國噹代行政文化的藉鑒意義。認為在我國噹前的政治文明建設中,一方麵,要採取實事求是的科學態度伋取我國傳統行政哲學思想的精華,以豐富和髮展噹代行政哲學;另一方麵,必鬚颺棄中國傳統行政哲學中那些不閤時宜的成分,即批判地繼承我國傳統的管理哲學理論。

During the period from pre- Qin times, the doctrine of administering a country put forward by the various schools of thought and their exponents implicated abundant administrative philosophy thought. The Confucianism' management thought is considered as the core of the traditional management philosophy. It had been exerting a great influence over the sovereignty of feudal dynasties for thousands of years. The paper discusses the intension of the Confucianism' administrative philosophy and the sense to use for reference for administering a country by analyzing the Confucianism' administrative philosophy thought dialectically. In the course of the construction of politics civilization today, on the one hand, it's indispensable for us to absorb the quintessence from the philosophic thought of traditional management with scientific attitude so as to make the contemporary administration philosophy develop further. On the other hand, the dross in the philosophic thought of traditional management ought to be rejected critically and the essence in it should be carried on.
