针对近年社会上逐渐出现大学生“就业难”问题，对陕西省高校毕业生就业状况进行了统计分析；以高校毕业生统计数据为基础，对调查对象的性别、专业、就业地区、就业方向等影响因素进行了描述性统计分析，并对这些影响因素与毕业生就业方向、就业地区选择的关联性进行了分析，用t检验说明高校毕业生就业在一定程度上存在性别歧视与过度偏好高学历；运用方差分析说明了学生所学专业的就业率，以及到不同性质单位就业，存在明显差异；解释了现代大学生的就业倾向因素背后的社会、经济与观念等原因。

In recent years, employment for college graduates has become more and more difficult. A statistical analysis of the employment situation for college graduates in Shaanxi Province has been implemented. The survey statistics is based on gender, profession, employment areas, and the employment direction. Descriptive statistical results are ana- lyzed on the impact of the above factors on employment. The T - test is used to analyze the direction of graduate employment and employment related areas. It is shown that, to a certain extent, there is gender discrimination in employment and excessively higher academic qualifications preference. Analysis of variance shows that there is distinct difference in the employment rate of different types of employment units and different professional direction. Finally is given an interpretation of social, economic and conceptual causes for the employment tendency of modern college students, hot profession, and hot areas of employment.
