There are much opposed factors in the modem operation. The different factors have complex relation and affect each other. These bring a good many troubles. The system dynamics method is used in damage problem. The correlation mathematics model is set up, evaluated and evaluated by three indexes including command, morale and training level. Therefore, it is gained the conclusion to will modernize weapon and equipment, to advance force integrated operation ability and to have important practical sense to do well current military warfare preparation.
