资源类景区是以自然和历史人文旅游资源为吸引力本原的景区。随着人们旅游需求的转变，资源类景区的开发与建设力度得以加大。在此过程中，融资成为资源类景区再开发时面临的重要问题。文章站在景区的角度，从市场主体、制度、金融等方面深入分析了资源类景区融资困境的成因，提出解决资源类景区融资困境的有效途径是构造集融资功能、促进投资功能和资产管理功能为一体、内源融资与外源融资相结合的融资新机制。

The Resources Tourist Attraction （RTA） is a kind of scenic, whose attraction is natural or history human resources. As the changes of tourism demand with returning to natural, it is necessary to develop the RTA. In this process, the most important thing for RTA is financing. At the angle of RTA, this paper describes the status of RTA financing, deeply analyzes the financing difficulties from the main market player, system and finance, and puts forward a new financing mechanism which is structured with financing function, investment promotion function and asset management function, combining endogenous and exogenous financing. This is an effective way to solve the financing difficulties of RTA.
