目前国内从产业组织理论的角度对耐用品行业中企业技术创新策略的研究还非常少,通过对有关研究作系统的综述,可以帮助国内研究者迅速了解国内外研究的现状。于是综述了科斯动态不一致问题及其解决办法、计划淘汰理论、耐用品特性与网络外部性的关系、计划淘汰是否促进了技术进步、耐用新产品的销售策略和定价策略、经济淘汰理论以及耐用品企业面临进入威胁时的创新策略等方面最新的文献,并在此基础上提出了一些未来可以深入研究的方向。

The production and consuming of durable goods occupy an significant position in an economy. Technological innovation plays important function when a firm competing in markets. At present, there are seldom domestic studies on corporate strategies of technological innovation in the industry of durable goods from the point of view of Industrial organization. In the paper, it systematically reviewed relevant literatures of the subject mentioned above. It could help domestic readers to rapidly master main ideas of recent studies.h commented on new literatures on these issues： the coase time-inconsistency problem and its solutions, the theory of planned obsolescence, the relationship between durable property and network externalities, whether planned obsolescence promote technological progress or not, sales strategies and pricing strategies of new durable goods, the theory of economic obsolescence and the innovation strategies of firm which producing durable goods when facing entry threats. At last, it pointed out some expansion directions for future studies based on the review.
