This paper summarizes the researches on human resources competency flexibility, sums up two areas of the HR competency flexibility: skill flexible and behavior flexible, and analyses the relationship between HR competency flexibility and performance of corporations, The author expects to provide a platform for strategic HR area in domestic corporations, and improves performauce by increasing HR competency flexibility.
