从历届全国少数民族传统体育运动会存在的有关东道主利益、裁判、运动员、赛场秩序等问题入手，分析了产生这些问题的深层原因。提出了取消金牌、总分排名，增加参与奖等相关荣誉奖项；强化单项锦标赛的地位，促进民族体育事业的发展；鼓励高校单列参加民运会为促进传统体育项目的发展提供平台；完善法规和制度建设促进民运会朝着规范化、科学化方向发展等相关对策。

Starting with such problems existing in each national ethnic minority traditional sports meeting as the interests of the host city, the referee, the athlete and the competition order, this article analyzes the root factors accounting for these problems. Such countermeasures are given as abolition of gold medals and ranking , adding honorary awards like the participation award, consolidating the status of single event championship, promoting ethnic sports development, encouraging the participation of higher - learning institutions in the sports meeting to promote traditional sports development, perfecting the law and mechanism construction to steer the national ethnic minority sports meeting on a standard and scientific course.
