采用文献资料法和访谈法,调查了我国体育经纪人培训的现状,分析了当前我国体育经纪人培训中出现的问题:短期培训缺乏系统性、课程内容重理论轻实践、培训途径及形式单一、需求评估和效果评估缺位等。在此基础上提出了体育经纪人培训应遵循的原则,并构建出以高校为依托的体育经纪人分层培训体系。
採用文獻資料法和訪談法,調查瞭我國體育經紀人培訓的現狀,分析瞭噹前我國體育經紀人培訓中齣現的問題:短期培訓缺乏繫統性、課程內容重理論輕實踐、培訓途徑及形式單一、需求評估和效果評估缺位等。在此基礎上提齣瞭體育經紀人培訓應遵循的原則,併構建齣以高校為依託的體育經紀人分層培訓體繫。

Literature review and interview are employed in this article to investigate the training status quo of our sports managers and analyze the present problems in the training of our sports managers. They include that the short - term training is far from being systematic, the course emphasizes theory rather than practice, the training means and methods are simplistic, and demand assessment and performance assessment are missing. Based on the analysis, this article proposes principles which should be followed in the training of sports managers and constructs the higher - learning -institution -based stratified training system for sports managers.
