宋朝走向专制的中央集权政治和日益繁荣的商品经济孕育了富民阶层，富民阶层以其雄厚的经济实力，影响着宋朝的政治、经济及文化，形成了宋朝官商结合、士商结合的新局面。从政治影响看，富民阶层的产生及壮大和农民的破产是同步进行的，贫富分化的不断加剧，是宋朝社会动乱的重要因素；从文化教育看，传统文化中的本末观开始发生变化，功利主义教育思想产生并得到了发展。
宋朝走嚮專製的中央集權政治和日益繁榮的商品經濟孕育瞭富民階層，富民階層以其雄厚的經濟實力，影響著宋朝的政治、經濟及文化，形成瞭宋朝官商結閤、士商結閤的新跼麵。從政治影響看，富民階層的產生及壯大和農民的破產是同步進行的，貧富分化的不斷加劇，是宋朝社會動亂的重要因素；從文化教育看，傳統文化中的本末觀開始髮生變化，功利主義教育思想產生併得到瞭髮展。
송조주향전제적중앙집권정치화일익번영적상품경제잉육료부민계층，부민계층이기웅후적경제실력，영향착송조적정치、경제급문화，형성료송조관상결합、사상결합적신국면。종정치영향간，부민계층적산생급장대화농민적파산시동보진행적，빈부분화적불단가극，시송조사회동란적중요인소；종문화교육간，전통문화중적본말관개시발생변화，공리주의교육사상산생병득도료발전。
The centralized power politics and the prosperous business economy in Song dynasty produced the rich class in the society, The rich class profoundly affected the politics, economy and culture of Song dynasty and with their economic background they facilitated the new social phenomenon of integrating the power with business, the military with business. The political influence caused the multiplication of the rich class and the bankruptcy of farmers, the polarization between the rich and the poor and the social chaos in Song dynasty. The cultural educational influence caused the change of the fundamental and the incidental, and the utilitarianism was produced and developed quickly in this period.
