In order to fulfill the work of postgraduate enrollment for master of engineering, giving publicity to the enrollment is necessary, which helps to recruit more students with high qualities. Furthermore, a strict evaluation system and high requirements for postgraduate candidates are also indispensible. Recently, the amount of the postgraduate candidates has been decreasing and the quality has been declining. The paper presents the solutions to the problem： reforming the testing methods, building an educational website, simplifying the procedure of enrollment, and enhancing the joint operation of schools.
