In this paper, the basic be-all and end-all and realistic significance of the theory of labouring value is elucidated briefly, the new things and the new characteristics which are encountered by this theory in our country is analysed, according to the fact of the economy construcment of our country, three points about deepending and deweloping the theory of labouring walue are bring forwarded, the first is that the researching emphases of the theory of labouring value shoud be diverted to wealth con- figuring and problem-utilizing; the second is that seeing about the characteristics of the theory of labouring value wehich are in the modern socialization big producing roundly; the third is that discussing the conditiones which labour form value through deeply.
