在复杂多变的全球化环境中,制造类企业面临激烈的竞争,这要求企业实施持续改进的先进管理模式。但企业中的各项改进活动应如何进行、由谁负责,则成为持续改进执行过程中的难点,故提出对持续改进绩效有显著正向影响的不同主体的三类组织改进活动,据此针对组织改进活动和持续改进绩效之间的关系建立了模型,并利用Continuous Innovation Network(CINet)等数据库的数据进行了结构方程模型的实证。结果表明,其拟合优度指数满足要求,模型比较理想。组织在持续改进过程中可将模型中的三类活动作为重点,逐步开展持续改进的各项活动,提高组织绩效,进而全面实现持续改进。

This study, based on a literature review of continuous improvement, focuses on organizational problems and tries to establish an efficient organizational action model to improve continuous improvement performance. As there is no clear discussion of the relationship between continuous improvement action and performance in the literature, this study proposes three types of continuous improvement activities with significant positive impacts on continuous improvement performance. By designing a measurement of organizational activity in continuous improvement and sampling, the structural equation for the relationship between organization improvement activity and continuous improvement performance is modeled, and is examined empirically. This paper then studies the matching of different goals of continuous improvement based on a new organizational action model for continuous improvement, and discusses its requirements and application strategies. From a three dimensional perspective, this research proposes an organizational action model in terms of single-dominant, bi-dominant, balance type, etc, based on the roles of manager, team, and other personnel in continuous improvement tasks to extend the above model. This study also uses social network theory to analyze different types matching with firms with different types of continuous improvement, which provides strong support for applying suitable organizational action. This paper also uses ANOVA to design a suitable implementation approach for firms when making detailed plans. By developing an organizational action model for continuous improvement, firms can clarify the function and order of their organization activities and potentially increase their competitiveness. Hence, in continuous improvement, the key is to satisfy performance requirements in the three types of activities in this model, which can enhance the movement of personnel in organizations, with integrated effectiveness for total organizational continuous improvement. The conclusion reveals that these activities would have a positive impact on continuous improvement through establishing a tangible performance requirement and a long run chronological structure. It is crucial to implement each activity in the model in order to promote organization performance in terms of competitive advantage.
