随着东北亚区域经济合作的深入发展，延边朝鲜族自治州借助地域优势，大力发展劳务经济，拉动地方经济增长，但是劳务市场的相对不成熟给延边经济和社会发展带来一定的负面影响。规范劳务市场、健全保障体系成为延边劳务经济实现科学、健康、持续、和谐发展的重要课题。
隨著東北亞區域經濟閤作的深入髮展，延邊朝鮮族自治州藉助地域優勢，大力髮展勞務經濟，拉動地方經濟增長，但是勞務市場的相對不成熟給延邊經濟和社會髮展帶來一定的負麵影響。規範勞務市場、健全保障體繫成為延邊勞務經濟實現科學、健康、持續、和諧髮展的重要課題。
수착동북아구역경제합작적심입발전，연변조선족자치주차조지역우세，대력발전노무경제，랍동지방경제증장，단시노무시장적상대불성숙급연변경제화사회발전대래일정적부면영향。규범노무시장、건전보장체계성위연변노무경제실현과학、건강、지속、화해발전적중요과제。
With the deepening Northeast Asia regional economic cooperation, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, leaning on its geographical advantages, gives priority to the labour economy, and promotes the growth of the local economy. But the immature labour market brings about some negative effect on the prefecture＇ s economic and social development. Therefore, regulating the labour market and improving the security system have become a major research topic for achieving the scientific, healthy, sustainable and harmonious development of Yanbian＇s labour economy.
