选取18个能够综合反映农民工群体的工作、生活、社会保障和主观意愿等生存现状的指标，利用统计分析方法构建进城农村劳动力生存现状影响因素的因子模型，集中分析各个因素对进城农村劳动力现状的影响程度及其在进城农村劳动力总体代际和性别差异上的表现。实证研究的结果表明：第二代农民工在工作因素、进城动机、主观诉求等方面都与第一代农民工有着较大区别，工作稳定性、身份歧视等因素对第二代农民工的影响有着不同于事先预期的结果。
選取18箇能夠綜閤反映農民工群體的工作、生活、社會保障和主觀意願等生存現狀的指標，利用統計分析方法構建進城農村勞動力生存現狀影響因素的因子模型，集中分析各箇因素對進城農村勞動力現狀的影響程度及其在進城農村勞動力總體代際和性彆差異上的錶現。實證研究的結果錶明：第二代農民工在工作因素、進城動機、主觀訴求等方麵都與第一代農民工有著較大區彆，工作穩定性、身份歧視等因素對第二代農民工的影響有著不同于事先預期的結果。

In this paper, We will select 18 indicators, which have a comprehensive response to migrant workers＇ survival status, such as the work, living, social security and subjective intention etc. And we will construct a factor pattern on the indicators that affect the survival status of migrant workers, analyze focused on the impact of the indicators on the survival status of migrant workers and the different characteristics between two general and sexual different groups. The results of empirical research indicates that： there are very differences between the two generals on working condition, the motion diverting into cities, subjective intention and so on, but impact of the stability of working, status discrimination on the secondary generation have different results with our expectations.
