根据1985-2006年间统计数据，运用协整分析方法，对陕西省进口贸易与经济增长的关系进行了实证研究。研究结果表明：陕西省经济增长与进口贸易之间存在着长期稳定的均衡关系，地区经济增长明显促进了进口贸易的增加，而进口贸易对经济增长的影响并不显著。文章认为，实现陕西省进口贸易可持续发展，应拓展进口贸易空间，优化进口结构，推动加工贸易与引进外资齐头并举，相互促进。

Based on the statistics of Shaanxi Province from 1985 to 2006, we study the relationship between the import trade and economic growth by using Cointegration Analysis. The results show as follows：seen from a long term, the impact of economic growth on the import is much larger than that of the import on economic growth. Eventually the author put forward the multipolicies implementations such as intensifying spatial expansion of import trade, optimizing the structure of product importation, pushing the processing trade and absorbing the foreign capital mutual promotion to fulfill the sustainable developments of import trade in Shaanxi Province.
