我国农村在改革开放以来的30年间，已经发生了翻天覆地的变化，但同时也存在一些不容忽视的矛盾和问题。因此，为了继续推进农村改革发展，需要采取以下措施：继续创新农村土地制度；进一步完善农村社会保障制度；建立和完善农业保险制度；建立和完善加快农村人力资本积累的制度机制；创新农村金融制度；建立和完善保护农村资源环境的制度机制。
我國農村在改革開放以來的30年間，已經髮生瞭翻天覆地的變化，但同時也存在一些不容忽視的矛盾和問題。因此，為瞭繼續推進農村改革髮展，需要採取以下措施：繼續創新農村土地製度；進一步完善農村社會保障製度；建立和完善農業保險製度；建立和完善加快農村人力資本積纍的製度機製；創新農村金融製度；建立和完善保護農村資源環境的製度機製。
아국농촌재개혁개방이래적30년간，이경발생료번천복지적변화，단동시야존재일사불용홀시적모순화문제。인차，위료계속추진농촌개혁발전，수요채취이하조시：계속창신농촌토지제도；진일보완선농촌사회보장제도；건립화완선농업보험제도；건립화완선가쾌농촌인력자본적루적제도궤제；창신농촌금융제도；건립화완선보호농촌자원배경적제도궤제。
Over the past 30 years since China introduced its reform and opening-up policies, great changes have taken placed in the rural areas. Concomitantly, there are some negligible contradictions and problems occurred. Therefore, to continue promoting the rural reform, we should take the following measures： Continuously innovating in the rural land systems; Further perfecting the rural social security system; Establishing and perfecting the rural insurance system; Establishing and perfecting the system mechanism of accelerating the rural human capital accumulation; Innovating in the rural financial systems; Establishing and perfecting the system mechanism on the protection of the rural resources and environment.
