区域经济的发展，应该尽量避免重复以前因过分追求经济增长而导致生态环境被破坏和资源枯竭的发展道路。因此，文章在对区域经济发展运行体系结构进行具体分析的基础之上，运用系统动力学和区域经济方法，构建区域经济可持续发展的系统动力学模型，并以温州经济发展为例对所建模型进行验证分析。随后，引入群组决策中的模糊层次分析法。对不同的发展模式进行筛选排序，给出适合温州经济可持续发展的最优模式。通过对上述问题的研究，可以更好地为政府决策者提供区域经济可持续发展的理论依据与应对方案。

The development of regional economy should keep away from the mode which ecological environment has been nearly destroyed and resources also have been mostly exhausted due to economic growth was pursued in excess by government. Therefore, after systemically analyzing the feature and the state of development, system model of sustainable economic development was created by using the tool of system dynamic and regional economics. Then different development modes are sifted and sorted by utilizing fuzzy AHP in group decision making in order to put forward the optimal development mode for Wenzhou Economic Zone. By studying the proposition mentioned above, an effective manipulating project and deciding model of sustainable development for government are brought forth rapidly.
