京津冀都市圈是一个复杂、开放的经济地域系统，京津冀区域和谐的实质是系统和谐，包括内环境和谐、外环境和谐与系统总体和谐。文章选择人均地区生产总值、城乡居民收入、投资效果、公共教育投入、公共卫生投入、水资源量等6大指标，分析区域和谐状态。研究结果表明：京津冀地区社会经济发展不平衡，先进的特大城市和落后的腹地，是京津冀都市圈整体布局必须解决的重大问题之一。
京津冀都市圈是一箇複雜、開放的經濟地域繫統，京津冀區域和諧的實質是繫統和諧，包括內環境和諧、外環境和諧與繫統總體和諧。文章選擇人均地區生產總值、城鄉居民收入、投資效果、公共教育投入、公共衛生投入、水資源量等6大指標，分析區域和諧狀態。研究結果錶明：京津冀地區社會經濟髮展不平衡，先進的特大城市和落後的腹地，是京津冀都市圈整體佈跼必鬚解決的重大問題之一。
경진기도시권시일개복잡、개방적경제지역계통，경진기구역화해적실질시계통화해，포괄내배경화해、외배경화해여계통총체화해。문장선택인균지구생산총치、성향거민수입、투자효과、공공교육투입、공공위생투입、수자원량등6대지표，분석구역화해상태。연구결과표명：경진기지구사회경제발전불평형，선진적특대성시화락후적복지，시경진기도시권정체포국필수해결적중대문제지일。
Urban circle around Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is a complicated and exoteric economic regional system. The substance of regional harmony of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is a kind of system harmony, which comprises inside environmental harmony, external environment harmony and overall harmony. This paper chooses six main indexes： per capita gross regional product, per capita annual income of urban and rural households, investment effect, expenditure for operating expenses of education, expenditure for public health, water resources, to analyze the state of regional harmony. The result of the research shows that： the society and economy development extent is imbalanced in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The status of advanced megacity and behindhand hinterland is one of the great problems in the overall arrangement of urban circle around Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
