近年来，河北省为了加强对知识产权的保护采取了一系列措施，但仍存在许多问题。正品在与假冒产品的博弈中若想取得胜利，除了依靠行政和司法保护外，更重要的是应放弃暴利思想，价格定位合理，尽可能降低与假冒产品的价格落差。
