以浙江省桐乡市为例，从土地经济、社会、生态等方面出发，构建起桐乡市城市土地集约利用综合评价指标体系，采用层次分析法和模糊评判法相结合的模糊层次综合评价法评价桐乡市城市土地集约状况，对桐乡市实际情况提出土地集约利用的途径。
以浙江省桐鄉市為例，從土地經濟、社會、生態等方麵齣髮，構建起桐鄉市城市土地集約利用綜閤評價指標體繫，採用層次分析法和模糊評判法相結閤的模糊層次綜閤評價法評價桐鄉市城市土地集約狀況，對桐鄉市實際情況提齣土地集約利用的途徑。
이절강성동향시위례，종토지경제、사회、생태등방면출발，구건기동향시성시토지집약이용종합평개지표체계，채용층차분석법화모호평판법상결합적모호층차종합평개법평개동향시성시토지집약상황，대동향시실제정황제출토지집약이용적도경。
Taking Tongxiang City as an example, this paper established an evaluation index system of urban land in Tongxiang from land economy, society and ecology, and appraised intensive status of urban land in the city with the comprehensive evaluation method of fuzziness and arrangement which combined AHP and fuzzy evaluation. Finally, in view of the actual situation of Tongxiang, suggestions on how land is to be intensively used in small cities were proposed.
