Sub-prime crisis is the consequence of a series of factors such as politics, economics, money and fi- nance. It is not only the failure of economic liberalism, but also the failure of the governance. To conduct a thorough cure, we need to keep in line the anti-cycle policy and measures assuring the correction of economic structure im- balance and continuous health growth. We must avoid the misinterpretation of sub-prime crisis and China＇s situation, and promote the reform and development of China＇s financial market.
