The small and medium-sized enterprises will play a more and more important and positive impetus in the course of economic sustainable development in future in Cbina, but the problem of financing difficulty is still in the way of their further development. Starling from the current financing difficulty facing small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper analyzes the barrier factors affecting small and medium-sized enterprises＇ financing in China, and brings forward corresponding tactics to handle them.
