目的:观察不同运动方式对大鼠骨骼肌中NO含量、NOS活性及NOSmRNA的表达的影响。方法:大鼠随机分为常氧和低氧共8组。结果:常氧条件下,随着运动时间的增加,骨骼肌和血清中NO含量明显增加,差异显著;低氧条件下,随着运动时间的增加,2周训练组NO含量减少,但低氧4周训练组和低氧6周训练组NO含量高于对照组;低氧条件下,随着运动时间的持续cNOS的活性和cNOSmRNA的表达与对照组相比有显著性差异。结论:运动训练能增加NO含量和NOS活性;低氧条件下,大鼠骨骼肌组织匀浆和血清中NO含量先下降后上升,cN()s活性变化及mRNA的表达和NO含量变化规律相当;大鼠骨骼肌中iNOS的活性及iNOSmRNA的表达无显著性差异。

목적:관찰불동운동방식대대서골격기중NO함량、NOS활성급NOSmRNA적표체적영향。방법:대서수궤분위상양화저양공8조。결과:상양조건하,수착운동시간적증가,골격기화혈청중NO함량명현증가,차이현저;저양조건하,수착운동시간적증가,2주훈련조NO함량감소,단저양4주훈련조화저양6주훈련조NO함량고우대조조;저양조건하,수착운동시간적지속cNOS적활성화cNOSmRNA적표체여대조조상비유현저성차이。결론:운동훈련능증가NO함량화NOS활성;저양조건하,대서골격기조직균장화혈청중NO함량선하강후상승,cN()s활성변화급mRNA적표체화NO함량변화규률상당;대서골격기중iNOS적활성급iNOSmRNA적표체무현저성차이。
Purpose: To observe the influence of different style exercise on the NO level and activity of NOS in rat. Method : Male SD rats were randomly divided into eight groups, i. e. , normal-oxygen and hypoxic control group, normal-oxygen and hypoxic two-week, four-week, sixweek exercise group. Result: At normal-oxygen condition, the concentration of nitric oxide was increased with the prolonging of the training period, the difference was significance. At hypoxic condition, the concentration of nitric oxide was decreased with the prolonging of the training period, but the concentration of nitric oxide of hypoxic four-week exercise group and six-week exercise group was higher than that of control group. At hypoxie condition, the activity of cNOS and expression of cNOS mRNA had significant difference compared with control group. Conclusion:Sport exercise can increase the level of NO and activity of NOS. At hypoxic condition, the level of serum NO decreased at first and increased at later, the change of eNOS activity and mRNA expression has the same way with the change of NO level. The activity of iNOS and expression of iNOS mRNA in skeletal muscle of rat has no significant difference.
