Six Sigma is a systematic engineering. There are many reasons affecting its successful application.This thesis based on domestic and abroad achievements, designs a questionnaire on critical success factors and then makes a pilot survey. We get the critical success factors, which affect six-sigma＇s application by analyzing the data, and make a specific analysis and interpretation of each. We hope what we do can help the Six Sigma organization to well manage and control the core factors, improve the possibility of successful application.
