企业的技术创新活动不仅要面对技术及其市场价值实现问题，同时还要面对组织内部的创新适应等社会性问题。笔者基于组织内部权力的视角，分析了组织内部权力对技术创新活动的影响及其特征；为克服组织内部的各种创新阻力、获取创新支持，提出了创新推进能力的概念，描述了创新推进能力的功能及其特征，并提出了构建创新推进能力的方法和途径。
企業的技術創新活動不僅要麵對技術及其市場價值實現問題，同時還要麵對組織內部的創新適應等社會性問題。筆者基于組織內部權力的視角，分析瞭組織內部權力對技術創新活動的影響及其特徵；為剋服組織內部的各種創新阻力、穫取創新支持，提齣瞭創新推進能力的概唸，描述瞭創新推進能力的功能及其特徵，併提齣瞭構建創新推進能力的方法和途徑。

The technology innovation activities of enterprises need to face not only the problems of technology and the realization of its market value but also the innovation adaption problem within firms. Based on the perspective of organizational interior power, the authors explore the influence of organizational interior power on technology innovation and its characteristics, develop a new concept of innovation boost capability and to overcome different kinds of innovation resistance within organizations and get support for innovation, describe the function and characteristics of innovation boost capability suggest the methods and paths to construct innovation boost capability.
