运用现代管理的逻辑阐述了起源于井冈山时期的毛泽东民主主义组织建设原则的基本内容及其与现代管理理论的深厚渊源,并通过理论模型证明:在组织面对风险较大的条件下,扁平化治理结构相对于层级制有更大的优势;在组织决策权的分配中,将管理者承担的同质性的管理活动部分授权,使员工参与管理,可以改进组织效能。用现代管理的工具证明了毛泽东民主主义组织建设原则的内在合理性,并从管理科学的角度解释了其在实践中发挥的巨大作用。
運用現代管理的邏輯闡述瞭起源于井岡山時期的毛澤東民主主義組織建設原則的基本內容及其與現代管理理論的深厚淵源,併通過理論模型證明:在組織麵對風險較大的條件下,扁平化治理結構相對于層級製有更大的優勢;在組織決策權的分配中,將管理者承擔的同質性的管理活動部分授權,使員工參與管理,可以改進組織效能。用現代管理的工具證明瞭毛澤東民主主義組織建設原則的內在閤理性,併從管理科學的角度解釋瞭其在實踐中髮揮的巨大作用。

Mao Tsedung's democratic principles of organizational construction took place in the time of Jingangshan revolutionary base. Their contents and the origins of modem management theories were illustrated from modern management logic. It is proved by the theoretical models that labor cooperation organization as flattening governance structure dominates hierarchy structure when risk is large enough. It is shown that participative management, which delegating part of the homogeneous managerial function to employee in the distribution of decision right, will improve organizational efficacy. These imply that the rationale of Mao Tsedung's democratic principles of organizational construction was demonstrated. Its significant effects on management practices were also explained by agement sciences.
