在全球化环境中,受知识溢出效应、科技与文化跨国界传播潮流的推动,科技创新推动区域经济增长是知识溢出效应带来的内生因素与外生因素共同作用的结果。实证结果显示,长江上游地区科技创新效率呈逐年下降趋势,其主要原因在于忽视了区域科技创新的内外共生循环性。因此要围绕知识创新、成果转让、应用推广等需求共建科技创新共享平台,协调好内生与外生因素共同促进区域科技创新的互动关系。

After conceptual conclusion of the regional technology innovation, in this paper, the author analyzes theoretically the knowledge production function to total factor productivity based on the harmonious circulation of endogenous and exogenous factors for the technology innovation to promote the regional economic development. Through the core index of efficiency assessment of regional technology innovation based on harmonious circulation of endogenous and exogenous factors, the author empirically finds that the efficiency of the regional technology innovation of the upper zone of the Yangtze River was decreased in the past years, and concludes some remarks with suggestions to raise the efficiency.
