生产性服务业与制造业的关系一直是学术界关注的重点问题。本文试图从产业共生角度对这种关系进实证研究。为此，我们把长三角地区作为研究对象，在对苏、浙、沪生产性服务业发展特点分析和归纳的基础上，通过指标设计引入产业共生思想；进而运用1997年和2002年三地投入产出表，通过动态比较，揭示三地生产性服务业与制造业共生关系的基本特征，并对其共生状况进行评价；最后，归纳三地共生关系差异的原因，并提出若干结论性判断。

It has always been an important academic topic about the relationship between producer services and manufacturing. In this paper, we try to research on the relationship in the sight of industrial symbiosis. So, we firstly analyze pro- ducer services and manufacturing in the Yangtze River Delta and generalize the de- velopment characteristics of producer services in J iangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, then we design an index to introduce the ideology of industrial symbiosis. On this basis, we further reveal the basic characters of Symbiotic Relationship between pro- ducer services and manufacturing in the three regions by respectively dynamically comparing the relevant data within the input-output table of 1997 and 2002, and meanwhile, we estimate their industrial symbiosis status one bye one. At last, we compare the indexes of these three provinces, find out the major causes that bring the differences, and give some conclusions.
