对12名男子赛艇运动员采用近红外测定方法探测股外侧肌肌氧含量的变化,用sEMG测量1/3MVC和2/3MVC静力性肌肉收缩时肌电参数。动力性运动采取功率自行车逐级递增负荷同步记录肌氧含量和肌电图EMG参数,并采血测定血乳酸浓度。结果:研究发现1/3MVC、2/3MVC静力性运动时肌氧含量的降低程度与E/T值及放电次数显著增加呈非常显著性相关。动力性运动时积分肌电值(IEMG)增加发生在肌氧含量下降之后,并与BLa值非常显著性相关。结论:肌肉静力性收缩时不管强度大小,肌肉收缩疲劳期IEMG的增加与肌氧含量的下降有关。动力性运动中IEMG的改变可受到血乳酸浓度增加和肌肉氧含量减少两方面因素的影响。

NIRS is employed to determine change of lateral femur muscle oxygen content and sEMG is employed to test the muscle electricity indexes 1/3MVC and 2/3MVC static exercises. In dynamic exercises, power bicycles with load gradually increased are used and muscle oxygen content and EMG indexes are simultaneously recorded and BL is tested. Result: the reduction level of muscle oxygen content in 1/3MVC and 2/3MVC static exercises is markedly relevant to the E/T values and the increase of electricity release times. The increase of IEMG in dynamic exercises takes place after the decrease of muscle oxygen content and is markedly relevant to BLa values. Conclusion: Regardless of the intensity of muscle static exercises, the increase in IEMG during the muscle fatigue period is related to the decrease of muscle oxygen content. Change of IEMG in the dynamic exercises can be affected by the increase in BL and decrease of muscle oxygen content.
