Large scale debt in running academies in China will probably result in financial risk. The reason for the huge debt in running academies worth to be analyzed seriously. An alarming model for the financial risk should be constructed and analysis to the financial state of the school should be implemented according to the model. Meanwhile a financial risk prevention system should be set up in China.
