本文旨在探讨创业者领导行为对企业绩效的影响，着重考察了创业企业发展阶段的调节效应。通过对117家创业企业的问卷调查，结果发现：（1）创业企业发展阶段显著调节创业者转换型领导对财务、成长绩效的影响和创业者交易型领导对财务、成长和创新绩效的影响；（2）环境动态性正向调节创业者转换型领导对财务、成长和创新绩效的影响，负向调节创业者交易型领导对财务、成长绩效的影响；（3）环境动态性在创业者转换型领导影响财务、成长绩效，以及创业者交易型领导影v向财务绩效过程中的调节效应模式受到创业企业发展阶段的显著调节。
本文旨在探討創業者領導行為對企業績效的影響，著重攷察瞭創業企業髮展階段的調節效應。通過對117傢創業企業的問捲調查，結果髮現：（1）創業企業髮展階段顯著調節創業者轉換型領導對財務、成長績效的影響和創業者交易型領導對財務、成長和創新績效的影響；（2）環境動態性正嚮調節創業者轉換型領導對財務、成長和創新績效的影響，負嚮調節創業者交易型領導對財務、成長績效的影響；（3）環境動態性在創業者轉換型領導影響財務、成長績效，以及創業者交易型領導影v嚮財務績效過程中的調節效應模式受到創業企業髮展階段的顯著調節。
본문지재탐토창업자령도행위대기업적효적영향，착중고찰료창업기업발전계단적조절효응。통과대117가창업기업적문권조사，결과발현：（1）창업기업발전계단현저조절창업자전환형령도대재무、성장적효적영향화창업자교역형령도대재무、성장화창신적효적영향；（2）배경동태성정향조절창업자전환형령도대재무、성장화창신적효적영향，부향조절창업자교역형령도대재무、성장적효적영향；（3）배경동태성재창업자전환형령도영향재무、성장적효，이급창업자교역형령도영v향재무적효과정중적조절효응모식수도창업기업발전계단적현저조절。
This article aimed to investigate the influence of entrepreneur leadership behavior on entrepreneurial finn performance, focusing on the moderating role of the developmental stage of entrepreneurial firm. By surveying a sample of 117 entrepreneurial firms, the results showed that： （1）the developmental stage of entrepreneurial firms significantly moderates the relationship between entrepreneur transformational leadership and entrepreneurial firm performance （finance performance and growth performance）and the relationship between entrepreneur transactional leadership and entrepreneurial firm performance （finance performance, growth performance and innovation performance） ; （ 2 ） environmental dynamism positively moderates the relationship between entrepreneur transformational leadership and entrepreneurial firm performance （ finance performance, growth performance and innovation performance ）, but negatively moderates the relationship between entrepreneur transformational leadership and entrepreneurial firm performance （finance performance and growth performance） ; （ 3 ） the developmental stage of entrepreneurial finn significantly moderates the moderating effect mode of environmental dynamism in the process of entrepreneur transformational leadership influencing finance and growth performance, and of entrepreneur transactional leadership influencing finance performance.
