为了保持我国女子在世界举坛的优势位置,提高我国男子在世界举坛的地位和完成2008年奥运争光计划任务。通过录像观察法、文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计方法对“1kg规则”的实施前后几场比赛的试举成功率和战术进行了统计分析。研究结果表明“1kg规则”的实施,提高了试举的成功率,加大了成功率的重要性;作战方案更多地侧重“以我为主”、“压制战术”和“虚晃战术”、“减体重战术”比重减少。因此,在今后的训练和比赛过程中要更加注重运动员试举成功稳定性的培养;同时,由于战术运用的空间加大,要深刻理解新规则规律,及时作出比赛战术调整,以适应激烈紧张的比赛节奏。

In order to keep the advantageous position of Chinese women athletes in weightlifting,improve Chinese men＇s weightlifting position and fulfill the dream task for the 2008 Olympic Games, by means of video observation, literature review, interviews with experts and mathematical statistics, the authors of this article have made analysis toward the rate of success on attempts and competition tactics in a few contests before and after the enforcement of ＇1 kg rule＇. The findings indicate that the enforcement of ＇1kg rule＇ has improved the rate of success on attempts as well as its significance. The tactics under this new rule start to pay more attention to ＇ self-centered tactics＇,＇ pressing tactics＇ and ＇tactics of making false attempts＇ ,while ＇reducing weight tactics＇ are less used. So the training in athletes＇ stability of success in trial lifts should he emphasized in the future training and competition. At the same time,as there will be more room for the application of tactics, the meanings of the new rules should be studied profoundly,and competition tactics should be adjusted in time so as to get used to the tight and tense competitive rhythm.
