在我国社会经济转型时期，城市土地面积的有限性和利用的高成本性决定了农村土地冲突的不可避免，冲突的强度还会随着社会经济的发展呈现进一步激化的趋势，运用文献法和演绎法分析农村土地冲突的概念、特点和类型。研究认为：农村土地冲突是指个人、集体、企业和国家不同主体之间在农村土地的认知、获取、占有、使用、收益、处分、流转等方面互不相容，相互作用所导致的不和谐状态。在我国社会经济转型时期，农村土地冲突不再是以税费冲突为主，而是呈现出新的特征，在此背景下．研究农村土地冲突问题具有重要意义。

During the social and economic transitional period in China, rural land conflict is inevitable because of the land area limitation and the high cost of urban land use. The conflict will be further intensified along with the development of society and economy. This paper mainly analyzes the concept, characteristics and types of rural land conflict using the methods of documentation and deduction. The research indicates that rural land conflict is a disharmonious state caused by the differences between individuals, collectives, business enterprises and the country in terms of cognition, obtaining, occupation, use, benefit, punishment and circulation of rural land. Rural land conflict has presented some new characteristics which are of great importance to study.
