思想政治素质是大学生综合素质中首要的、核心的素质。大学是学生培养和提高思想政治素质的关键阶段。针对大学生思想政治素质及其传统评价体系存在的问题，从纬度和经度两个方面人手研究大学生思想政治素质评价的内容和方法，以更加全面地反映大学生的思想政治素质状况，更有效地提高大学生思想政治素质。
思想政治素質是大學生綜閤素質中首要的、覈心的素質。大學是學生培養和提高思想政治素質的關鍵階段。針對大學生思想政治素質及其傳統評價體繫存在的問題，從緯度和經度兩箇方麵人手研究大學生思想政治素質評價的內容和方法，以更加全麵地反映大學生的思想政治素質狀況，更有效地提高大學生思想政治素質。
사상정치소질시대학생종합소질중수요적、핵심적소질。대학시학생배양화제고사상정치소질적관건계단。침대대학생사상정치소질급기전통평개체계존재적문제，종위도화경도량개방면인수연구대학생사상정치소질평개적내용화방법，이경가전면지반영대학생적사상정치소질상황，경유효지제고대학생사상정치소질。
The ideological and political quality is the most important quality among college students＇ overall qualities. College education is the key stage to cultivate and improve one＇s ideological and political quality. In this paper, the content and methodology of the evaluation system of college students＇ ideological and political quality are studied from two different perspectives. As the result, a new evaluation system is suggested which is able to reflect the status of college students＇ ideological and political quality more comprehensively and improve their ideological and political quality more effectively.
