观察改良广播体操对30名男性大学生机体血脂代谢的影响。选择无遗传病史,无经常锻炼史的30名男性大学生为受试对象,每天进行两次30min多组数的改良广播体操锻炼,锻炼强度以心率来控制,要求锻炼后心率在125次/min左右。观察受试者实验前、锻炼后第15d、30d、45d晨安静空腹状态下,TG、TC、HDL—C、IDL—C和瘦素等指标变化。结果表明:45d每天两次30min、多组数的有氧广播体操锻炼可显著降低机体血浆TG和TC,预防TG堆积;HDL—C和HDL—c/LDL比值显著升高。说明有氧广播体操锻炼可使血浆脂蛋白的分布得到有效改善,从而预防和有效抵抗AS发生。

관찰개량엄파체조대30명남성대학생궤체혈지대사적영향。선택무유전병사,무경상단련사적30명남성대학생위수시대상,매천진행량차30min다조수적개량엄파체조단련,단련강도이심솔래공제,요구단련후심솔재125차/min좌우。관찰수시자실험전、단련후제15d、30d、45d신안정공복상태하,TG、TC、HDL—C、IDL—C화수소등지표변화。결과표명:45d매천량차30min、다조수적유양엄파체조단련가현저강저궤체혈장TG화TC,예방TG퇴적;HDL—C화HDL—c/LDL비치현저승고。설명유양엄파체조단련가사혈장지단백적분포득도유효개선,종이예방화유효저항AS발생。
Objective: to survey the influence of reformed broadcast gymnastics on blood lipid metabolism of 30 University student. The objects have no hereditary disease history and frequent training history. They are required to do multiple series of broadcast gymnastics, 2 times/day, 30min/each time. Training intensity is controlled by heart rate (HR). After exercise HR is de,handed 125 times/min. Before experiment, after 15 days, 30 days, 45 days, the changes of TG, TC, HDL - C, LDL - C and leptin are analyzed from vein blood. The results show that after 45 days of aerobic broadcast gymnastics of 2 times/day, 30min/each time, TG and TC is evidently lower than before, which prevents the accumulation of TG. In addition, the level of HDL- C and HDL- C / LI)L rises obviously. The data shows that the aerobic broadcast gymnastics can regulate lipid metabolic distribution, prevent and counteract of AS effectually.
